i'm sooo bored!

I'm really posting this Dec. 8, 2008. I'm forwarning you that this post is a couple of weeks old so don't mind what I'm saying, I just wanted to post about Joe.

I can't believe it! it hasn't "really" snowed yet and i'm shutting myself away already! We stay inside most of the day where most of that day is strictly informing Joe that the couch is not a trampoline. how nuts am i going to have to get before i brave the outside world! obviously a whole-heck of a lot more. poo :( nothing new really here. were all getting less sleep because Ben's waking up at 3:30-4 every morning now, for some unknown reason, he's got this weird rash covering his body that the dr. just thinks is dry skin, but would dry skin make you scratch till you bleed? I don't think so, but that's just what Ben did last night. Oh and to top it off, he's got an ear infection, but we're at least taking meds for that. Well I guess there is SOME big news, Joe is riding a 2-wheeler. on halloween he wanted to ride his bike but we(I) hadn't thought to bring it. so he wanted to try one of his cousin's bikes that she wasn't using, he just started going down their driveway every few seconds putting a foot down so that he wouldn't fall over, when Nate saw this he caught up to him started running along side steadying the bike as he jogged, and after a few seconds of that let go, watching Joey just ride along like he'd done it 80 Billion times before! I know it's dark but I wanted to get these to you as soon as possible but the light kept fading so I just had to turn my car lights on.Here's a movie of Joe riding at our house in the parking lot. but it's not as quiet as Kookie's street, or as flat so he gets discouraged pretty quickly after falling on the cold ground. thank goodness we bought a helmet and pads for him when we were given the bike(Thanks Aunt Kris & Lukey!) even though he hardly ever rode it at our old place, we(I) made sure he always had the helmet on, even when he'd ride inside.
I remember the first week he wanted to keep it on all day and sometimes into the night. He'd even want to wear it grocery shopping with me at walmart! krazy boy! there was even one day that Ben, finding the hat unoccupied wanted to try it on, at first when Joe saw him touching the precious hat he stormed over there and started yanking it away from Ben, when I suggested Joe help Ben put the hat on. after a few min. he got the hat on and both boys looked soo proud. and thank goodness Ben had the helmet on, for after only a few seconds after I had taken pictures Ben fell backwards and bonked his noggin, expecting it to hurt. he started wimpering but realizing that he wasn't impaired for life he just kinda stared.
You know what? i like telling stories about my kids! I don't have anything to do but be entertained by them, and be on the computer soo my advice to all those reading this blog is, blog more! these boys can only be funny and cute for so long! I want someone elses cute stories and good times to read about! Ohhh and comments! I never realized how fun comments were till i started reading the ones talking to me. I think I sound really self-important, and i'm just starting to ramble so I'll sign off now. bye!
